Photograph the pages in the order you want them read, keep one topic per batch, and then either type the cards while looking at the photos or let an AI read them and write a first draft that you correct.
Step by step
- Shoot the page, not the room
Fill the frame with the page, keep the phone parallel to it, and avoid shadows across the text. Screenshots of word lists work as well as photos.
- Keep one topic per batch
Pages from the same chapter or lecture make one coherent set. Mixing chapters produces a set that is hard to study.
- Check that the text was found
Before anything is sent, the app tells you whether each photo has text, little text or none, so a bad shot can be retaken.
- Say what the back should contain
Definition, answer, translation, or your own rule. The same rule is applied to every card.
- Review and save
The cards come back as a preview. Edit or delete what you do not want, then save and study.
